BASICS

Progress on all commissioned work will be posted to my Trello as I go.

Turn around time can take up to a month to complete the commission based on current work list and real life factors.

Please note that If a deadline is set in place, you need to state that before payment is taken.
Consider preparing room If there's a deadline!

My humans and humanoids are my strongest aspect, if you choose to commission me for furry art please be advised that it might be weaker but I will try my best.

Progress shots will be sent for the initial sketch, the approved sketch, lines, and color.

After the line phase I will no longer make additions or changes that involve major line art corrections.

Once you approve the color sketch I will begin shading and will deliver the finished piece to you via email.

If your character changes over time and you'd like me to make edits, I can do this for a small fee depending on the complexity. I'd love to update any art as your character grows!

PAYMENT

50% up front and 50% after sketch approval

Progress on commissions will halt after each approval phase.

If you use another currency, please make sure the currency is set to USD before paying me.
Payment in USD will be made using PayPal invoices from my end to your PayPal address.

DELIVERY

You will receive a full sized, 300dpi, flat PNG file, sent via the digital delivery method of your choice.
(per your e-mail / sta.sh or per messaging platform)
If you have a specific size requirement, it must be noted before sketching has started.
I will not remove, or move my watermark or signature from the completed image.
I will not send the original CSP file.

CONDITIONS:

I retain the rights to use my artwork for advertising.

You have full rights to your commissioned work for personal use only. This includes any of the following:
⊙ Adding an additional watermark for theft protection
⊙ Printing it as a poster for your wall
⊙ Putting it on a shirt for yourself
⊙ Use it on your phone or PC
⊙ Re-post to other sites, as long as credit or link back to Comet-Otter or any of my social medias is included

You may not:

⊙ Trace or edit the image in any way
⊙ Remove my signature or watermark
⊙ Print it for any commercial use, profit, or sales. Including charity, advertising, or non profit use.

TERMS OF USE:

In commissioning me you agree that the artwork created for this commission is not to be altered in any fashion unless written permission by the artist is given if the artwork is shared online. (ex:
cutting out the signature and so on.)

You agree that the artwork being created for any and all commissions made by Comet Otter (at any stage of completion) will not be put onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, all past, present or future NFT marketplaces, made into NFTs or Cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes all past, present and future derivatives, versions, evolution of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms or
trading/investing spaces; this includes public or private websites and/or mobile applications. The commercial use of personal, individual use labeled commissioned artwork in any shape or form without the strict written permission by Comet Otter is prohibited. This includes actions performed by means such as a bot or human decision. If it is discovered that a client uses any past, present or future commissioned artwork created by Comet Otter (@comet-otter) as an NFT or Cryptocurrency in any form whatsoever at any time; the client shall:

★ Be banned from using Comet Otter's services.
★ Pay Comet Otter (@comet-otter) the entire amount earned from NFT and Cryptocurrency sales (using a regulated, government recognized currency; preferably in USD via PayPal)
★ Have their commission removed from Comet Otter's public art hosting services.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

I reserve the right to cancel a service for any reason.

You may request a cancellation, but it may not be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Any commission canceled by me is guaranteed a full refund.

Any commission canceled after I have began working will receive a scaling refund.

Refunds are given If either:

I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.

I have not yet begun your commission, and you have requested a refund.

We cannot land on an approved sketch.
